- Major educational and health institutions can also be setup to initiate the growth of a satellite township.
- Due to availability of Airports in close vicinity IT centers and Software Technology Parks may be developed to kick-start the growth of the townships.
- Department of Industries, IT Department, Tourism Department and Urban Development department need to coordinate and work together for initiating a pilot project.
