The Accounts and Finance Section is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the organization in a systematic and transparent manner. 

Its work includes preparation of budgets, maintenance of accounts, processing of bills and payments, management of receipts and expenditures, keeping financial records, ensuring proper utilization of funds, and compliance with financial rules, requirements, and government regulations to support smooth functioning of the Patna Metropolitan Area Authority (PMAA).
