Online Building Permission System (OBPS):
In consultation with E.Gov Foundation, an auto drawing scrutiny engine and single window system is being developed. It is in its final stage of development.
Software has been customised as per proposed Building Byelaws.
Testing of software with Architects/ Technical persons and Authorities is being done.
Implementation of OBPS with Auto DCR software. Target Date: within 15 days (after the notification of proposed Building Byelaws.)
Note: For the 1st time Automated Scrutiny Engine shall be introduced in PMAA for online building plan approval.
